Your Private Data File will be branded for your firm and will seamlessly dovetail with your main website. From anywhere in the world using a secure web browser with no plug-ins or downloads, all participants access documents through the individual login name and password that you grant to them. Every client, deal participant, lender, insurer, title agent, opposing counsel or others, use your Private Data File from start to finish.
Furthermore, the intuitive drawers, folders, envelopes and files interface presents documents to your clients that have been granted access much in the same way that they interact with their personal computer desktop. Drawers securely contain collections of folders. Within each folder, documents are organized into envelopes of related material. The result is a logical, simple-to-navigate structure for any legal document, contract, statement patent, will or any other legal documentation with complete security. Access is granted at the envelope level and includes what may be done with the document including view, print and search.
