Mr. Russell is responsible for all BuildSmart technical services, including implementation and training services, as well as new product development and technical sales support. Under Bill’s direction, the Technical Services Group plays a vital role in helping clients achieve maximum results from their BuildSmart solution. He joined the team in June 2003 as the Director of Technical Services, and helped develop all of the company’s professional services programs. Prior to joining BuildSmart, Mr. Russell was President of RCSI for 15 years, a computer network services company that he founded in 1987. Mr. Russell began his career in computer services in 1982 with CSSC, a computer maintenance firm acquired by Northrop Grumman in 1985.
